Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you instantly.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
